Buckeystown Veterinary Hospital is always looking for qualified applicants with a veterinary background, extraordinary people skills, and a love of animals. Please visit our Veterinary Services pages to learn more about us and what we offer our patients and their owners.

We periodically have openings for skilled reception or office staff and veterinary technicians, and we maintain an open application process. If, after exploring our website, you believe you have what it takes to be a member of the Buckeystown Veterinary Hospital team, please send us the following:

  • A cover letter explaining your area of interest and why you chose Buckeystown;
  • A complete resume and work history; and
  • Three letters of reference, including relationship to you and contact information.

Send this information through the postal service, through our hospital email (type RESUME in the subject line) at info@buckeystownvet.com, or deliver in person to our office staff. Once we receive this information, we will review it and contact you.

NOTE: If you do send your information via email, please be advised that we do not open attachments! Embed your information in the text of your email message, along with the name and contact information of your references, and we will accept your reference letters at the time of an interview. Or you may have your references mail letters directly to us, but only if we schedule you for an interview. Unless directed otherwise by our staff, any email attachments will be deleted unopened.

Thank you for considering Buckeystown Veterinary Hospital as your potential employer.

“We have been bringing our dogs to Buckeystown Vet Hospital for about five years now. After using several other area vets, I wouldn’t use any other vet facility. All of the doctors are amazing and work to figure out whatever strange ailment my dogs may come up with. The doctors and the staff are so patient with me and always calm my nerves. I consider many of them friends. I am thankful I found Buckeystown Vet Hospital for my current and future dogs!”
